i learned this a long time ago. but i must have forgotten because it was reiterated when i tried to build a 3/4 loop that actually sounded right. and by sounded right i mean that the end of the loop would match up right with the beginning. i think it is close but we’ll see what happens when i go back and listen to it again. i think what will happen is that i will listen to it again and wonder how i ever thought it was “close enough to be acceptable” the first time.
