anyone remember that old commercial with the cow who sings that? for some butter substitute? no? oh well.

working on another upbeat song. still have yet to finalize my first one and play it anywhere. but i did play another new song yesterday that seemed to go well. it is a mid-speed one that i like and it is called ‘nothing else.’ my friend brian likes it because it is minor-based and few worship songs are and that is a nice change for him on the electric guitar.

also i have begun to set some kind of deadlines. i am planning be done with writing by year’s end. not that i am not allowed to write if inspiration strikes or anything; its just to take the focus away from there and move to the arranging. so that’s the plan! onward and upward.
