well, the short answer is because i love it. music is crazy and i’m fascinated by the way it can move and inspire people. surely just the existence of something so complex and mysterious and moving is indicative of the one who came up with it to begin with.

i write mostly about God because getting to know him has honestly been the best thing that’s ever happened to me.  life is so much better with him than it was without him; there’s more hope, more joy, more direction, more purpose . he’s literally changed everything, and i figure the very least i can do to say thank you is to share that with people when i write and play and sing. i want people to see glimpses of what i’ve found to be true – that life is much, much better this way.
